Acoustic Site Supervision
Living TO Falchera was conceived to provide accessible, high-quality housing, transforming social housing into an opportunity for urban and community regeneration.
We know that in residential buildings designed for everyday living, sound insulation between spaces is essential. Privacy, rest, and the quality of living depend not only on design, but above all on the correct execution of the works.
Design defines performance.
The quality of installation determines whether it is actually achieved.
For this reason, we provide Acoustic Site Supervision. Through regular site visits and on-site inspections, our work focuses on the aspects that are most difficult to control during the design phase, turning acoustics into a tangible measure of construction quality.
On site, even seemingly minor details can compromise the final outcome.
Our goal is to ensure that the project delivers on its promises, guaranteeing that the intended acoustic performance is effectively achieved in the spaces people will inhabit every day.
