Predictive Assessment of Building
Acoustic Performance

The redevelopment of the former Ravone rail yard involves the regeneration of a large urban area intended to accommodate new cultural, leisure, and community functions, with a strong capacity to attract visitors and generate significant activity.

In this context, acoustic impact assessment becomes a fundamental planning tool, allowing the effects of the project on the surrounding area to be anticipated. The study considered induced traffic, crowd noise, building services systems, and events, including the simulation of complex scenarios such as concerts and other exceptional activities.

Regenerating without creating disturbance.

The acoustic design provides a predictive evaluation of the interaction between new noise sources and existing sensitive receptors, helping to define the conditions for a development that is compatible with its surroundings.

The objective is not only to comply with regulatory requirements, but also to ensure that the transformation of the area delivers a genuine increase in quality and value, preventing acoustic issues that could compromise the long-term success of the project.
